Life has not been the same without you being on campus and the GC staff has missed you. Families have wonderful times together in their homes and we know you have been waiting for the day that you can return and be with your GC family. So, beginning May 10, we are welcoming you home to the GC campus.
We have adjusted and taken precautions to help facilitate the guidelines for social distancing and cleanliness. There are plans in place to slowly welcome everyone back to the campus. What will be taking place on May 10 kicks off “Welcome Home: PHASE 1.”
*A new 8:30 AM worship time has been added to help spread out the crowd size for
better social distancing of 6 feet or more. We will continue our 10:30 AM worship time.
*Worship services will have 2 locations from which you can choose. The Worship Center and Fellowship Hall will be open but limited to 200 in Worship Center and 50 in the Fellowship Hall which will be showing both services on the big screen.
*Entrance and exit to the building will be through the Portico, Fellowship Hall, and the South doors. All other doors and areas of the church will be closed including the Children’s Building
*Cleaning in-between worship times will take place in the Worship Center and Fellowship Hall. The GC volunteers will follow the necessary cleaning guidelines and will wipe down surfaces in each space and all doors.
*GC Online will continue to bring you both Sunday Worship Services and the Prayer Time with more content added in the future.
*Masks and gloves will be available, but we encourage you to wear your own.
*Childcare will not be available through May.
*Life Groups return June 7 on campus and through ZOOM.
*ZOOM Wednesday night Bible Studies will continue but other events are on hold.
The GC Staff is looking forward to seeing you in person again. If you feel sick, please stay home and enjoy GC Online worship instead. We know you will be excited to see everyone in person but please remember to follow social distancing guidelines and the plans that have been set in place for “Welcome Home: PHASE 1.” More information regarding PHASE 2 and 3 will be coming soon and will include information about Summer events and groups.
Now you can experience GC-Online. GC worship services will be streaming live online! When you join the GC-Online, you will enjoy the same worship you would experience in-person. You can also tune in every day at noon (Central Standard Time) for FACEBOOK LIVE. During this time, we will be sharing devotionals, updates, and Bible studies.
