Dennis Baw was called to Glenview as Senior Pastor in September,1979. He and wife, Cindy, previously served in ministries in Irving, Texas, Florida and Arkansas.
He and Cindy are proud parents of two daughters, now grown and married. They especially enjoy being proud grandparents.
Dennis enjoys ministering to all age groups from babies to senior adults.
He currently serves as Executive Pastor assisting our pastor with staff/personnel administration. He also oversees our community outreach network of ministries. He pastor’s Mercy Heart (a ministry to families of inmates and ex-offenders) as well as leads a Glenview ministry in jails and prisons.“Many years ago I sought the Lord for a clear personal mission. That mission is to influence people for Christ. I have never lost sight of that through the years. I am thankful for the many opportunities Glenview has afforded me to live out that mission.”
Joining Glenview in February, 2004, Sam has served churches in Alabama, Alaska, Louisiana and Texas. He shares, “I believe the music and worship ministry of Glenview is one of the most exciting and growing ministries in our church.”“God is showing His power and glory in magnificent ways whenever we gather to worship. In addition to our long established GlorySound Choir, we now have an orchestra ministry that has simply been amazing in growth and contribution to our music ministry. Sam and wife, Cheryl, have two wonderful children.
Dan is an Associate Pastor of Glenview, overseeing business administration and education ministries. He and his family joined Glenview in 1976. He joined the staff in 1996. Dan’s favorite past-times include hanging out with his family, traveling, bumming around the beach, hiking, cooking and reading. Dan and Renee have three grown daughters, a son, two granddaughters and a grandson.
Annette Gile joined Glenview, along with her husband and children in 1998. Annette has 4 children and loves watching her children play sports. In August she will become a doting grandmother.
Annette became Glenview’s Preschool Ministry Director in October 2006. She has served in many areas of Glenview’s Preschool and Children’s Ministries. She loves preschoolers and wants to provide a safe and loving place for them to learn about God’s love for them. She is currently working on her advanced Christian Education Certificate through BGCT.

Josh joined the staff of Glenview Baptist Church full-time in September of 2009. He and his wife, Ashley, have served in various ministries throughout the Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana areas. Josh has a strong passion for creatively presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ and other Biblical truths to better educate and reach the world for Christ. When not at church, Josh can be found traveling with his wife, creating art, or experiencing God’s great outdoors through hunting, fishing or camping.
After Josh earned his Bachelors of Fine Arts from Louisiana Tech University, God called him to Texas to pursue a Masters of Arts in Christian Education with a concentration in Childhood Ministries from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. While at Southwestern, he served as the Children’s Ministry Assistant here at Glenview. Together with his love for children, his unique spiritual gifts, and hands on training, Josh’s vision for each child is to gain a proper understanding of Biblical truths in order to live a life that brings glory to Christ.
He is very excited about the great things that God is doing here at Glenview. He invites you and your family to come and be a part of these life changing experiences. Together we can further God’s kingdom by loving God, loving each other, and serving the world.
Steven came to Glenview in May 2009 as the Middle School Minister. He recently was a Youth Intern at Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany Indiana since August 2006. Steven graduated from the University of North Texas in August 2006 with a BA in Communication Studies and earned a Masters in Youth Ministry from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY in December 2008. Steven has a joy and passion to challenge and help students to glorify God with all that they are and do.
Dr. Lonnie Bryant has been involved in marriage and family counseling for over 3 decades. He received his masters and doctorate degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. He has helped tens of thousands of couples improve their marriages, and has given invaluable advice to hundreds of couples through pre-marital counseling.
Dr. Bryant is one of the foremost experts on Anger Management and has helped thousands of clients overcome this very disabling issue.
Married to his best friend, Leigh Ann, they have 3 boys and love to travel, hunt, work-out, and spend time with the family.
Stephen has been involved in youth ministry for over 4 years. He served as both a volunteer and interim youth minister at Richland Hills Baptist Church. He is currently a senior at Arlington Baptist College where he will graduate from in May with a Bachelor of Science in Bible-General Studies. When he is not serving his students he enjoys watching movies and sports and hangs out with his friends and family.
