Guest Speaker – Steven Hoyer
Christ is risen! (He is risen indeed!) Must never forget that. How many times in past week have you thought about Jesus’ death for our sins, that we are forgiven through His sacrifice, and that He is alive?
Be the example of Jesus…Serve, but KNOW when to STOP and WORSHIP Jesus as well. Balanced life.
Today talk more about the results of the resurrection of Jesus. In addition to the experience on the Cross and the appearances Jesus made after rising from death and the tomb, what was Jesus doing after His resurrection?

Many people must have seen and experienced the Crucifixion of Christ: the roman soldiers, Jews from the Sanhedran; the 2 thieves on their crosses; Mary, his Mother, Mary the wife of Clopas and Mary Magdalene and John the beloved disciple. Then of course we know that Joseph of Arimathea, was a disciple of Jesus (a secret one) and Nicodemus who joined Joseph in taking the body of Jesus to Joseph’s family tomb.
All of those, and maybe more, would attest to Jesus’ crucifixion, but even believers and unbelievers alike would have said, “he’s dead. We saw him beaten, nailed to the cross, watched them come to him to break his legs to hasten heart attack, then, because they found him to be dead, they stuck a spear into this ribs and into his heart; and from that wound poured water and blood from the pericardium sack, showing he’s died.
And they said, they all said: He’ll never come back from that horrible death and that sealed grave -but He Did! Today we’ll look at some of the proofs that have stood for 2,000 years.
I Believe: In The Cross – Part 2
Now, when comes to crucifixion of Christ, who get’s the blame?
What if you were Paul the apostle/missionary of the Lord Jesus Christ and you were invited to preach to the most powerful man in the world, Nero, the Caesar of all of Rome who had power to kill you.
So what would you preach?
Continuing to follow Joshua, where he and the Israelites found themselves surrounded by enemies on all sides.
