Exciting! Crazy! Thrilling! Life-Transforming! All these words describe Kid’s Camp. Kid’s Camp is all of the above and more as children (completed 3rd grade through 6th grade) gather together with friends and experience one of the best weeks of the summer. Mark your calendar’s now for our first Kid’s Camp meeting: March 28, immediately after church in the Fellowship Hall. This year’s Kid’s Camp July 4 – 8, 2010.

Join the church and neighborhood in a safe, fun, exciting night as we give families an opportunity to Trunk or Treat! Family Fun Fest is designed with the family in mind, in the excitement that comes with getting candy, bounce houses, and lots of fun. Anyone and everyone are welcome to join us each year on October 31, from 6:30pm – 8:30pm. Make sure to watch the website for more information about this fun filled evening!

Join other families for a life changing week on our Family Mission Trip! As different members of the church and families come together for a week that transform ordinary family members into missionaries, we equip people to fulfill what God has called Glenview Baptist Church to do: Make disciples who: Love God, Love Each Other, and Serve the World! Watch your family’s relationships grow with each other and with other members of the body of Christ as each one serves on the Family Mission Trip. The Family Mission Trip takes place during Spring Break each year and is one trip you and your family DO NOT WANT TO MISS!

Gather up the family and enjoy a day serving your Creator. Held annually, Family Service Day offers a safe and enjoyable opportunity for the family to serve in a local community project. What better way to instill Biblical service than by way of example. Watch for updates on this awesome experience.

During the weeks around the holidays the church is in the process of evaluating our current ministries to see if they fit into the strategy of what God has called Glenview Baptist Church to do: "to make disciples who love God, love each other, and serve the world.” There are many things that we are considering, one of which is the FreePlay times; when and why they are offered. Please be patient with us as we are in the process of deciding how this best fits into our overall goal and strategy for our church. As of December 16, 2009 the following dates will be when FreePlay is available for the public.

As a community outreach, we offer birthday parties on the first three Saturdays of each month from February through November and two Saturdays a month in January and December.
